Heels Workshop with Nachito (in person)

A heels dance class is a fun, energetic, and empowering way to improve dance skills, boost confidence, and get a great workout! 💃👠

In a typical class, the focus is not only on learning dance combinations in heels but also on improving technique. The class is structured around developing foundational skills, technique, and performance through various activities. These include floorwork, sequences across the floor, mirror work, and choreography.

The use of high heels in the class serves to accentuate the movements, adding an extra layer of challenge and style to the dance. However, it’s important to note that safety and comfort are paramount, and participants are usually encouraged to dance at their own pace and comfort level.
